Do you provide resident engineers for long-term assignments?

Yes. We assign qualified resident engineers for the full construction duration. Our resident engineers are EBK-registered civil engineers with specific experience relevant to your project type — whether roads, water infrastructure, buildings, or drainage works.

What contract forms do you administer?

We administer FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver Books), Government of Kenya standard works contracts, and bespoke contract forms. Our team has specific training in variation order processing, extension of time assessments, and claims evaluation.

How do you handle quality assurance on construction sites?

We implement a three-tier QA system: material approval before delivery, in-process inspection during construction, and final testing before payment certification. All tests are documented with traceable records and non-conformance reports are issued when standards are not met.

Can you manage projects funded by development banks?
